The one thing that everyone remarked about the Rangers is that they were mentally tough enough to get through a bad game, shrug it off and play hard and motivated the next day as if nothing bad happened. I had thought last year that June had this same gift: taking a mediocre team and over-achieving last year, and getting them prepared, believing and looking like World-beaters in Hawaii. It's not happening this season. I don't know if that was "phase I" and now were on "phase II", or he's distracted about something personal, or his players are simply not listening but June needs to revisit those motivations and try to recapture that spirit.
