C-USA is definitely down this year.

Signature wins this year for C-USA:

-Tulsa over Notre Dame (only due to Notre Dame's history and their recruits. They are not good)
-ECU over NCST (a team that could win the ACC--if any team decides they want to win)

That might be it. UCF did not play anyone with a heart beat in non-conference other than KSU and Bill Snyder's corpse.

Tulane over Rutgers. Significant for them.

Why CUSA will never beat BCS teams on a regular basis.
They simply have a lower quality athlete across the board.
Just a fact live with it . Enjoy the occasional Marshal, Moss, That it produces .

No one's making a case for CUSA...who's saying it's a quality league? We're here b/c of our recent legacy of horrid play. Big X is overrated but an independent factor.

I love watching CUSA Football for the same reason that I loved watching the WAC back in its heyday of the 80s. Lots of offense and no defense is not a problem for me as long as we have more offense than the other team and a little more defense than the other team - I am fine with it.

Tell me y the Big Ten is over rated? I don't how that's possible since the national pundits and folks like you rip the conference every year.

I think a lot people hate the Big Ten bc it doesn't play a freakshow offense like June Jones plays. And you can see 3-4 games on TV every week.

Conference has endured some rough times but that happens. Haters certainly ignored what happened in bowl season last year.

So which is it?

CUSA - terrible league!

This past year (2009) the Big 10 went 4-3 in bowl games. In 2008 they were 1-6. In 2007 they were 3-5. So, a cumulative record of 8-14 over the past three years.

Oh I got more-Ohio St's victory over Oregon in the 2010 Rose Bowl-a team that had been manhandled by WAC Champion Boise St, was the Big 10's first victory in the Rose Bowl in a decade
