I agree "National Enquirer" spells lack of credibility. However, I was at that concert in Charleston and the story is true. She was there to present the Key to the City to Kenny and the rest is history.

Also, Kenny enjoys getting back to Huntington occassionally. Being from East Tennessee, he really connects with the area.

So I will stand behind the story as fact.
