Projected shelf life is 12 years for several brands. Do not know what turf is installed at Ford. Field was initially grass and we had that disaster hoisting the NCAA woman's soccer championships and the field was in a destroyed and hideous condition. I recall those championships roughly 6 years ago. Turf replaced the grass after that disaster. In fact the NCAA was considering a warm weather permanent site for the NCAA championships at that time and Ford was at the top of the list. Alas, a terrible grass field laid that thought to rest.
