Offense in the first half

Postby davidpaul123 » Mon Dec 06, 2010 9:25 pm

didnt look that bad when I went back and rewatched the game. For as little as we really had the ball the offense moved the ball well despite putting up no points.

Padron had several throws that were a little behind recievers, some were caught and others werent. He had a deep throw to Holeman that would have been a big gain if it was even remotely on target.

AR had two deeps balls, one needed to be a better throw by Padron and the other was an outstanding play by the DB to break it up.

Offensive line gave Padron plenty of time to throw on EVERY play except the 3rd down that stalled the drive late in the half causing the punt. O-Line got caught misplaying a stunt on the Dline and Line wasnt able to pick up the blocker either.

INTs were a killer in the 2nd half. Padron again had time to throw behind good OLine play.

On the underthrow-J.Robinson was running right with A.Robinson anyway-not sure it would have been completed. Its at about the 12:04 mark of the 4th Quarter on the ESPN3 Replay. (BTW Josh Robinson was a 4 star out of high school). There was one play in the 4th quarter when Aldrick did get 3-5 yards behind UCF's other CB-thought Padron saw him-but he felt pressure and looked away.
