Good point-I could name off about at least 8 SMU players that were actually players that caused the "Death Penalty"-yet Dickerson and James take all the heat for them. These kids kept taking money after the 4th probation in 9 years and knew were facing the new NCAA Death Penalty initiative. In James' case it seems particularly unfair to me that he takes all the heat just because he is such a high profile personality and I don't believe the NCAA ever cited his recruitment as a basis for any SMU probation. When you use unfounded slander to make a point then your opinion is worthless. See the nonsense posters in Ft. Worth and Lubbock who attach unfounded slander to make their points. There are some SMU fans that repeat this type of worthless BS with regard to other programs as well.
