New Uniforms

Can someone explain the new uniforms that all of these college teams seem to wear only once or twice? Are they actually converting full time to the new uni's ever? I liked Boise State's uniforms in the season opener but what happened to them???

They are the Nike Pro Combat Uniforms, which several teams throughout the season used. They are supposed to be lighter and have the ability to soak up sweat more quickly.

The Nike Pro Combat uniforms aren't just slickly designed, they are also aero-dynamic - 37 percent lighter, according to Nike.

SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Marketing 101. Nike has now been written in this thread 5 times, and linked to their website once. this is going on at every college out there. that's huge exposure.
