90% live in Uptown.

Not correct, but there is a significant population of students in the Uptown area. The area from Northwest Highway to Mockingbird and Greenville/Central to Skillman (Village, Amesbury, etc.) houses a larger percentage of the student body than Uptown does.

That being said, it seems that most recent alums choose to live in Uptown.

Can you provide me with a list of neighborhoods or areas close to campus where SMU students might live? Thanks in advance.

Highland Park
Lakewood
Uptown???

In addition to my "real" job I am a real estate broker. Someone was asking where SMU students live. Thanks for all of the replies...

Very few live in the Park Cities, apart from on campus. And unless you include M streets, Lakewood isn't really a factor.
