9200 and counting

Postby Mexmustang » Wed Dec 22, 2010 11:30 am

Visited with the ticket people at SMU who said that 9200 tickets had been sold--but they felt that only a "few hundred" October options were exercised, but seemed pleased with the count this morning!

I am confident that we will sell out allotted share. Let's just hope those other 12k people that bought tickets show up, so that Ford is full!

got an email from a UT alum (SMU MBA/JD - so he gets a little credit) that decided to take his son to the bowl game. email your non-SMU friends and encourage them to go and buy tickets through SMU
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

which reminds me. Forwarded the MC Tailgate invite to the wine-drinkingest person I know, and her response was "wine at 8:30? Even I'm not that bad...I'll take a mimosa"

I'm also impressed that despite its early morning start, the tailgate has beer on the list. Now, if the announcement was similar to American's options in coach for an early morning flight (coffee, juice, or water), that wouldve been grounds for whining.

Yeah, with UT not bowling this year, they are ripe for coming to the game.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

This is good. A week to go and only 800 tix left to sell. I'd imagine we'll sell our allotment by gameday.
