Hell, if the CFL they apparantly allow nearly unlimited celebration without penalty and it doesn't cause problems.
On a related note, I can't believe they still have the uprights on the goal line!
This action in the above u tube clip would be a 15 yard penalty on the kickoff. The new penalty would be disallowing the touchdown if taunting occurs on the way to the end zone by the scorer or any other player on the field.
