Like what I saw!

Although the score was not what I wanted, I was very pleased with the overall improvement. Defense and Offense both showed signs that Bennett and crew are starting to get this thing turned around. The fact that we had red-shirt freshmen and 2nd year players all over the field is encouraging. These guys will just get better.

I stayed until about 2 minutes left, so I missed the fireworks at the end. I was impressed with the fight still left in our guys even after we were down 27-6. They never quit. Sounds like Coach Bennett had some fight left in him too.

If you are a Tech fan, you can't be happy with what you saw. This game was still a toss up until midway through the 3rd. I agree, Tech thought they were going to hang 50 or 60 on us and it just did not happen. Leach trying to score at the end, just shows no class. Does Tech actually think they are going to be in the BCS mix. That excuse for trying to run the score up just doesn't hold water.

Looking forward to seeing what the Ponies can do next week!
