Youri Yenga, SMU

Frank Gansz was one of the first and best special teams coaches in NFL lore. He finished up his coaching career on the staff of June Jones at SMU in 2008. When he made his name in Kansas City, he used Pro Bowl cornerback Albert Lewis as his designated kick blocker. At SMU, Gansz used Yenga, who blocked a pair of kicks during their one season together in 2008. Yenga also can help out in coverage as a second-team All-Conference USA end. He made 234 career tackles.

Help out in coverage ... as a second-team All-CUSA END?? Maybe I read that wrong, but surely they don't see him as an NFL defensive end.

I have heard that a few teams have been calling about Yenga and Fleps. Would love to see more than just Aldrick Robinson and Sterling Moore get a chance at the next level.

The title of the article is "Examining special teams players for NFL draft" and the title of the post is "Draft special team sleeper", seems pretty obvious that they mean special teams coverage to me.
