This was inspired by a recent Rivals National article that reranked the Top 10 recruits for every year since 2000. Every one was 3 star or above (even though those ratings are greatly inflated in recent years). But it got me thinking which if any 2 Star recruits have won one of the major NCAA Awards since 2000. Not many and I don't know the exact answer and some may be hard to prove since the rating from 2000-2001 I don't think are availiable. I think maybe Drew Brees was a 2 star who won the Maxwell in 2000 and I think an OLM won the Lombardi or Remington in recent years-not sure though.
