What a disgusting conference that would be, with Notre Dame and Texas — the two teams whose fans have the biggest sense of elitist entitlement in college athletics — joining forces.

Thankfully, they're both waaaaay too arrogant to go for it. Each thinks it makes money because of who it is, and would not want to share revenue with anyone, especially another school some would view as the "big dog" in a conference.
