Re: KC Star on expansion optionsSo the tripple option remains a very powerful offense that all defenses have trouble stopping, Nebraska dominated College football about 15 years ago with this attack, and GA tech won the ACC 2 years ago with it. If you run it effectively it works and works well. The problem with it is that you don't really have an ability to score quickly so if you fall behind you are in trouble. Also it has a high risk of fumbles because of the pitches.
Re: KC Star on expansion optionsSMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
Re: KC Star on expansion optionsI just voted two more times- it seems like we are falling behind. Everybody vote.

Re: KC Star on expansion options
Nebraska had a hell of a defense back then. Easy to not fall behind when your defense is keeping opposing teams to 14-21 points per game. Of course, they also had a game where their offense scored 63 points in the first half against Arizona State.
Re: KC Star on expansion optionsis the big 12 going to take this online poll into consideration?
