ESPN U SMU mention

Postby Clubs » Tue Aug 30, 2011 12:42 pm

An expert roundtable is talking about conference realignment and potential super-conferences. Mark Schlabach and espn.com cfb writer says that as long as oklahoma and oklahoma st. can see the future of the BIg 12 and say hey we can survive with us and texas and texas tech along with some other schools, then go grab an SMU, a Houston, and a TCU if they will be open to it, and stabilize the conference. Not once have they brought up BYU, ND, or Pitt, or Anchorage or whoever the hell elses name is being talked up.

Our name is constantly coming up when it wasn't before RGT and SO started making noise. Even if we don't get in I'm glad they have gotten our name in the conversation

Carson Palmer or whatever the ex QB's name is also called us a team to watch last night. Said he likes JJ. Also said USM would win CUSA though.
