Re: Multiple Sources: OU-OSU To PAC 12I'm calling BS right now!
Why go to 14? What does it bring in but two more mouths to feed and more Okies to the left coast! BS! SMU - IT'S YOUR TURN

Re: Multiple Sources: OU-OSU To PAC 12
The thought Cal alumni being in Stillwater, Oklahoma is simply hilarious. Pretty much any current PAC-12 school being in OK in general is funny to me. Or Lubbock, it's all funny. The only city the left coast people could remotely identify with around here is Austin. Or Dallas, but no way in hell that's happening. Re: Multiple Sources: OU-OSU To PAC 12
Oklahoma held the only confirmed USC paid player, Reggie Bush, to 75 yards on the ground. USC held the unconfirmed Oklahoma paid player, Adrian Peterson, to 82 yards rushing. The Trojans rendered the Sooners one-dimensional and, in turn, rather ordinary and they lost by 36. and we'll whip 'em academically as well. But this is all just speculation as I doubt anyone here is inviting Okies to the conference! ![]() SMU - IT'S YOUR TURN

Re: Multiple Sources: OU-OSU To PAC 12
Don't kid yourselves - The MWC is now eyeing TT and BU like a social reject eyes an attainable decent chick who just got BBD'd by her prom date; lose TCU and gain TT and/or BU - DEAL. Frankly, if the PAC 12 doesn't take TT, the Big XII may stay alive simply because the Bears AND the Red Raiders will be DESPERATE to keep it together. They threat of landing in the MWC may very well keep the conference together. Tulsa, actually, could find themselves the winner in all of this. Slive - are you back on the phone, calling UT and pointing out there is safe harbour with the SEC if the Horns would just nut up and play them? With a $hitload of $$$ if they just come in? AND room for the LHN? Probably. But will UT listen? Probably not. The one constant in all of this has been UT's insistence that they don't want in the SEC. Wussies. But - if the Big XII is the conference that gets eaten up by all of this, that means that there is now a possible open spot for a NEW BCS conference, one to take the Big XII's current spot. There WILL be a scramble for the remaining schools, with promises being made as to what could be attained if they joined. Could SMU, and the rest of C-USA, find themselves in a BCS conference if Brittan Britowsky wakes the Flip up? GOD THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME
Re: Multiple Sources: OU-OSU To PAC 12I still say the pointed headed intellectual progressives in San Francisco and surrounding area will allow folks from Stillwater and Lubbock in their ivory tower...time will tell.
Re: Multiple Sources: OU-OSU To PAC 12Not so fast my friends. Apparently, Longhorns are going to Norman to "save" Big 12. I still feel UT needs to go on bended knee to the Sooners and "ask" them to stay.
