Why doesn't Texas go to SEC with A&M?

UT looks down on the SEC for academic reasons...and they want nothing to do with SEC's football strength.

UT is a double edged sword...they bring TV's and A TON of arrogance. THey've destroyed two conferences already and I doubt they're done yet.

My guess is they're going to be your problem shortly. I'd be lying if I told you that move isn't going to put my Clones in conference limbo...but I'm optimistic we'll be ok. At this point I too just want away from the dsyfunctionalism that is the B12. But don't for a min think UT isn't the abusive, alcholoic patriarch of this mess. And your mom is about to marry him. Why would a Texas want to go to the SEC? Why does A&M? if you like playing for national championships, stay away from the SEC untile the 2nd week of January.
