where is West Virginia going? I could see possible reunion of the original CUSA plus a couple:

Louisville, Cincy, Memphis, Houston, USF, ECU, UCF, TCU, West Virginia. Then it gets interesting: UAB, Marshall, Tulane, UAB, Tulsa, SMU, Rice for 3 to 7 spots. Army and Navy could also be involved. Utep goes west. This league knocks on the BCS door ahead of the MWC but neither in great position.

CUSA and MWC merge. Mega conference gets noticed. Love to see Boise come to Dallas. Not interested in going to Idaho though.
