Big 12 is now facing a greed problem. Less members and the same new TV contract adds up to more $$$$$$$$ for each member. This extra $$$$$$ compensates for revenues lost by not having a championship game.

If I were Fox or ESPN I would think about suing any conference that could not produce the same teams that were in the conference at the time the TV contract was signed. Big East suffered a huge TV loss with no Syracuse or Pitt and the Big 12 contract is without A $ M.
