SMU SELLOUT STAMPEDE

Greetings, National Mustang Club Board Members:

In working with Steve Orsini and other members of our athletic administration, we are in the midst of an aggressive football ticket campaign that will definitely go a long way in improving our home field advantage. The Campaign is called SMU SELLOUT STAMPEDE and the goal is to sell 15,000 for our important October 15th home game vs. Central Florida, as this is a nationally televised game and rematch of the Conference USA championship.

We are working with a prestigious team of community and SMU leaders who are committed to selling 1,200 special reserved tickets each. These tickets will be $10. It would be a huge boost if we could get the National Mustang Club to commit to a 1,200 unit. Any amount helps (minimum purchase â€“ 25 tickets/$250)!

I promise it will take very little time and we will be there to assist you in anyway. Just send a handful of emails or phone calls to your SMU friends and colleagues, secure commitments, and we will do the rest.

Campaign tickets will be used for charitable groups, schools, and youth leagues. A key part of our strategy is making sure we have the tickets used, and our distribution plan for that has been great.

As we know, with conference dominoes tilting, the landscape of college athletics in a potential seismic shift, and lots of backroom discussions taking place, the best thing you can do as a National Mustang Club Council member is to help MAKE A STRONG IMPRESSION. Having Ford Stadium filled with Mustang fans and spirit on October 15th for a national television audience will not go unnoticed.

is this "nationally televised game" different than any of the other games that are listed as being on Fox Sports?
