Okay, but I watched the game too and I can see where they are coming from....

If TCU wants to nitpick, I would suggest they complain about the 5-6 potential picks they left on the field. That had a bigger bearing on their loss than anything.

But if you do want to criticize the refs, they had cause to call holding on just about every single offensive play as their OL had a tough time dealing with Thompson. As I posted earlier, there were a couple of plays where it looked like Thompson was giving his opponent a piggy back ride.

Anyway, for years and years (probably before you were born JT) I've been saying things like "If it weren't for that bad call in the third qtr. the Mustangs coulda won this one." At the end of the day, you just have to play better enough to overcome a call here or there that doesn't go your way. I figured TCU had learned that by now being as successful as they have been. The ball doesn't always bounce your way, and good teams manage to overcome when it doesn't.

Real curious to see how TCU fares this weekend when their coaches' time and thoughts are being occupied by this nonsense rather than focusing on Sandy Eggo.

Listening to people complain about the refs is almost as bad as listening to SMU fans say "Gee whiz, we were so lucky to beat team X." It's insufferable. We made at least one more play than they did. Get over it, stop trying to [deleted] in our cereal, school from Ft. Worth. Grow a pair and come take the cookware back a year from now.
