Ticketcity bowl would be cool against a big 10 team. ESPN projects either Ohio State or Penn State. Brad Edwards thinks we will play Penn St

Hell, if you want to buck tradition and not go to the liberty bowl, lets play a Big 10 on new years day in the cotton bowl...now that would be fun.

Getting worked up over nothing, IF, and its a small if, SMU wins Conference USA, I gaurantee we are not playing in Hawaii. June was just shooting from the hip to an interviewer that wanted to hear that.

I'm a Michigan fan (from Michigan) that loves y'alls perseverance , heck you guys were playing Notre Dame with D2 players a couple years after the worst screwin' in history Let's set it up LOL. You guys figure out how to keep Denard Robinson in front of ya and you'd score a big win! I figure we're 9-3 at best this year. IWhat's the conference tie ins on the Cotton Bowl? Big 10 vs Big 12 maybe? Or is a Texas Team an option for them? My team probably Champs Sports bowl bound vs Auburn, I'd guess.

I theink they are referring to the TicketCity bowl which is played at the facility called the cottonbowl. It hosts a B1G v CUSA. The CottonBowl GAME is at Cowboys stadium between BigTXII and SEC

Well, I hope Michigan can score a little better bowl than that one, but if SMU can land there, Illinois, Northwestern, Penn State or a hopefully ineligeble Ohio State, would be a pretty good win for y'all, cause you're better than all 4 of them probably on par with my Wolverines, we are stupid over rated at #12. CUSA vs Big 10 what 5 or 6 maybe? I know Rose, Outback, Champs Sports and Gator are our top 4 tie ins (I think) all vs the SEC. I think the Big 10 has an Alamo Bowl tie in also hell I know there is, we lost to Nebraska in a terrible collapse there in '05 unless that has been discontinued. The new B1G (hate the new logo) alignment has me pretty confused about who's who and what's what or who goes where after Michigan and Nebraska decide who's gonna lose to, or maybe upset Wisconsin in the title game. If I was that Bowl committee I'd want SMU. probably with 10 wins at least from what I've seen of SMU.That's Doak's house and to be sure, WHERE SMU needs to play on New Years Day.
