Never thought that they were good as #11. Live on their past and are rarely as good as their ranking. After all they beat a mediocre BYU by one point at home and what turned out to be an overly touted ISU. I have a feeling Okie State will play with them like a gorilla who found a rag doll.

Good story in the DMN today. With all of these top ranked recruiting classes every year, why is Mac in the position of playing freshmen?

Those trick plays and reverses may work against slow teams at the beginning of the season, but fast Ds will shut that down. UT will probably end up somewhere in the middle of the big 12, and yet might get in a bowl game. Hope we get a chance to play them this year at the old cotton bowl.
