if the losses keep coming, probably.
but, they have a pretty tough schedule remaining. 6 ranked opponents out of 8 games.

not good.

Friedgen was coach of the year at MD and the UnderArmor boys wanted him out. Look at their record today. I will bet many people want him back. Many might have the same thoughts re Mangina.

I was just thinking Leach would be a good coach for them but because they got rid of there last coach for player treatment he is probably not a possibility (which is a shame because leach actualy didn't do anything to Adam).

better for Turner to have ruined his coaching career (at least as a head coach) at Kansas than at SMU (I seem to recall plenty who thought he would do well here)

Gill is an OC, not a head coach. The sooner he comes to grips with that the better off he'll be.

I'm pretty sure he did a damn fine job as the HC at Buffalo. No one wins there.

He did a terrific job at Buffalo, which is like winning with the LA Clippers.

As for the money it would take to replace him, maybe they should call Darrell Arthur ...

I do hate it for him because he was one of the best coaches I ever had. He is a good man, but that doesn't always win games.

He simply wasn't a good fit at KU. I said that ever since they hired him. I think he should have moved to a program that's easier to win at and REALLY establish himself before moving up to an AQ program...and don't move up to a marginal AQ program, find one that actually has been decent for more than one coach's tenure.
