Thats great to read. If all of the BE news turns out to be true we could end up having a nice rival in UCF, so its great to see that their fans are encouraged to attend the games at SMU.

True, we are already building a nice history in CUSA with both teams on the rise. Hopefully we will rematch them in the conference championship as sort of a send off to the Big East and to grow the rivalry.

UCF has a very different "tailgating" area. They have a large open square where the students seem congregate but they also have an on campus shopping area with restaurants/bars that look pretty cool. Different deal but it looked pretty happening

We have the best deal in all of college football:
A top 25 team.
Dirt cheap prices with plenty of seats available.
New, modern stadium without a bad seat in the house.
Family friendly crowd.
Excellent set-up for tailgating.
Friendly, accomodating hosts who are still getting used to seeing their team win.
Beautiful, picturesque campus.
Located in a modern city with plenty of hotels, shopping, and restaraunts.
Hell, there's even a world-class museum 100 yards away if you don't like Football!!
Our gameday experience offers absolutely everything.

They apparently make up for the lack of fans with high quality from the ones who show up

Makes me worry less about our low turnout. Some of the casual fans who are not part of the university community can spoil the reputation of everyone else e.g. Texas Tech.
