I look for our team to come out with some serious fire and emotion on Saturday. After listless performances at Rice and Fresno, and the comments about the program from the former players, if we don't play mad, inspired football this week on Homecoming, we never will.

During the past few years we've come out fired up then we have turned the ball over, or given up a big play and then we just can't keep our composure. This has been the case over and over again, especially the past three games.

HoopFan, I would agree with you. If they can't play an incredibly inspired game, with this backdrop, against the next to the worst team in the WAC, then it is probably over for Bennett. I really see this one as being critical to the rest of the season, and Bennett's career here.
