Does anyone know the reasoning for not putting the names on the back of the jersies?

It was Bennett's idea not to have a bunch of individuals on the team. He thought it may contribute to team unity.

After watching the wins over SJSU, Tulsa and Nevada...he might be on to something.

This sounds like something from the notebook of the great Bear Bryant.
