The seniors definitely deserve special recognition. Thanks for giving it your all, and playing with pride through the thick and thin. It's easy to play for a championship team. What doesn't always get noticed is the effort it take to get on that field day in and day out to play for a team that doesn't get much respect. That is often forgotten when people [deleted] about the results.
So I would like to toast all the seniors, who have worked so hard through one of the tougher times in SMU football history. Their first steps towards returning glory to SMU football will not be forgotten!
