Uh, I was a little shocked to find that I can see the CUSA offices from my office window here in Las Colinas! Didn't realize that they were even in Texas.

That doesn't mean much. The WAC was technically a member too. In 2004 (I think) all the non-BCS conferences joined the BCS as "associate members" or some such nonsense. They don't get to vote, but they get a small share of the revenue.
