Re: USA Today article on June and Mumme"Jones said SMU is trying to get back to an offense that will throw it 75 percent of the time as opposed to the 60-40 ratio they crept toward last season."
Yikes! They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security

Re: USA Today article on June and Mummenothing like a little "teaser" to get us excited about the possibilities for 2013. At this stage of SMU football's rebirth, it's all about getting the guys to perform to/beyond their abilities
the best thing about opening the season against an old SWC opponent as a heavy underdog is that one of these years...
Re: USA Today article on June and MummeWow, that was a fair, well-written, even-handed, objective article about SMU penned by...Dan Wolken. I'm somewhat shocked.
Re: USA Today article on June and Mumme

Re: USA Today article on June and Mumme
"We want to lead the nation in passing, that's for sure," Mumme said. "We want to win a whole bunch of games. What's the name of our conference? We want to win that." ![]() ![]() ![]() SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
Re: USA Today article on June and MummeI wonder if Mumme is our head coach-in-waiting.
Re: USA Today article on June and Mumme
-61 years old -32.6% winning percentage in FBS -left Kentucky on probation That would be definitive proof that God hates SMU football. They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security
