I'm not as worried about them as I used to be.

A coach talking up his players??? Just giving you a hard time...but I expect he says the same things every year. As you all say, we will have a good idea in 60 days.

Not always:

We pound on Kansas State,” Leach said immediately after the game, “so A&M looks at the film all week. The (Aggies) strut around and laugh – you know, ho-ho-ho, ha-ha-ha, and they listen to their fat li’l’ ol’ girlfriend, and pretty soon, what happens in Manhattan happens.

“Well, the first thing we do is we go in our meeting and we talk about we’re going to respect everyone; we’re going to fear no one. We’re not going to compare scores and we’re not going to listen to our fat little girlfriends.”

He has some rather fond memories of Harvey Armstrong.

ponyte--can you elaborate? would be interesting for those of us who saw harvey play.

You will have to wait a while. Ponyte is on an Alaskan cruise right now and I do not think he is thinking of us. Just hope he gets back in time for the Tech game
