Now, all we need is a giant revolving, lighted PERUNA sign in Harvard Red and Yale Blue perched on top of the new dorms. We can make a statement as much as the flying red horse on the old Magnolia Building downtown. (Well it's better than having the Coors' waterfall transplanted to fraternity row) ![]() About 25 feet from the Hillcrest track... With the boots so tall and the writing on the wall...

![]() SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
