say what you will about the MWC, but it's members will be sharing the $13.5 million Utah got for reaching that BCS game.

Every now and then a bottom tier conference will sneak in but then the coach heads for a top tier school. Eric Hyman(TCU AD) had success and headed for greener pastures. I think it is a silly reason to move to a conference with zero regional ties. I really doubt the frogs have a winning season this year again.

I'd be willing to bet that TCU/New Mexico outdraws SMU v. every other SMU CUSA game. I seriously doubt that if you averaged the SMU series against Rice, UH, Tulane and Tulsa since the DP that those games averaged over 15,000.

It a good thing the NCAA suspended enforcement of that new attendance rule for the time being.
