Garrett Gilbert

Gilbert is playing light years better than last year which is surprising because we lost Zach Line, better receivers and MUCH better Offensive line. Gilbert is also playing much smarter when pocket breaks down which happens in 2.3 seconds. No picks through 2 games is dramatic improvement. I wish he had got him 3 years ago.

The Air Raid suits him well, still has no clue how to throw the deep ball but that's just not a big deal in this offense. What's really impressive is he has thrown the ball over 100 times and has no WTF passes yet. He could honestly rack of a pretty long INT-less streak with this dink and dunk stuff. I just hope he doesn't get hurt the next two games because he's going to take some wicked shots from Aggy and Toady.

Agree - our receivers are doing a much better job this year then last year. Perhaps part of that is Gilbert is throwing better. Also, it seems more receivers are getting receptions.

Our receivers are better? I have never seen so many drop passes in my life. We are pretty talentless except maybe in the RB and QB area.

Jabryce Taylor needs to play WR pronto! He is electric. Not sure when the coaches will give him a chance.
