What's the deal here folks? The only SMU football player to ever be picked #1 in the NFL draft and we have NO comments. Hey Stallion...this is pre-DP...no comment????

Reading the Kyle Rote and Doak Walker stories were very heartwarming. It was a different and better era. Those great SMU years greatly helped make the SWC a great conference and helped the Texas and Texas A&M football programs.
