It has been great to read of the real supporters of the team speak out on this board. We all knew our new coaches had the job of upgrading the program. no slam to the upper classmen and the job they have done but the program needs improvement and with several years of recruiting improvements that can be accomplished. A mystery to me is how the coaches keep the new guys pumped up when they came from being the star to standing behind others. compounding the fact that coaches are now more focused on winning i hope the promising newcomers do'nt loose moral in a big way. does anyone know how coaches keep the future players in positive focus in light of all they are going thru currently??
