Baylor says they have sold "almost 3,000 tickets". Hmmm....
More on SMU Football Blog and my Baylor joke of the day!
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

as for the controversy of how many fans Baylor will bring my 40+ years of experience make me pretty confident of my initial post-for every ticket sold in Waco, Baylor fans will buy at least 2 tickets in Dallas or at the walk-up gate. It will be close to 50-50% in fan ratio.

thank goodness the freak from crewcut city is gone.
BFans will turn out for this game - have no fear.
The Baylor ticket office is known for prefunctory efficiency and few people depend upon it for their tickets (only the aged diehards go there to buy); you will find most people acquiring the tickets for free through churches and sports groups, or thru the Bennett camps free tickets give-aways, or DMN discounts or Passbook entertainment coupons or....you get the point.
To buy the tickets thru BU puts not one nickel in BU's coffers (as we are reminded frequently, it's an in-and-out with the host team's ath dept.) so most fans will buy at the cheapest price they can find, outside of BU ticket office. The word is that plenty of open seats at the stadium will allow for buying in the endzone and moving in, too. Are the general admission endzone seats counted too?

I can't claim to know how many Baylor fans will be in Ford Stadium on Saturday, but I do know that every one of my friends (including myself) were buying tickets through the SMU ticket office because of the 2 for 1 deal. If Baylor has sold 3000 tickets through the Baylor ticket office, then I can only imagine 6000 tickets sold through the SMU ticket office are going to Baylor fans. That's a complete guess, of course.
Ford Stadium holds 32-35k right? I'd guess there will be close to 10,000 baylor fans there. 1/3 of the crowd ain't that bad.
