Unfortunately, how the band does during halftime does not do anything for the W-L record! Lately, while those in the band think that they have "won" halftime, we have been both TCU and Rice's [deleted] for years!
i never said anything about halftime...i was saying playing in general during the whole course of the game...granted that the band doesn't directly have anything to do with the W-L record.. during W droughts that we have seen you take the small victories where you can. We stay the entire length of the game, of the season. i'm not saying you might not stay the entire time..but as a student body whole...when things look their worse and the teams needs it's fans...all there left is the band and a skeleton of the student section.
