Ball is spotted at forward momentum. You can't hold a guy up, drive him back two yards, and then strip him.
I think his point was why did they not reverse the call after looking at the replay.

What did Bennett say were areas of strength? What were the areas he felt that needed the most improvement? What did he say about TCU? Who gives a rat's rear end about last week's pathetic call? Next thing, we will all sound like Razorback fans blaming every loss on the officials.

More importantly, what did they serve? Eggs, sausage and biscuits? I like my scrambled eggs a little wet, but really prefer over-easy in a kind of heuvos rancheros or divorceados setup. Tortilla on bottom, then egg, then a nice spicy salsa and a little chees over everything. Top that off with a spicy bloody mary and kiss your hangover goodbye.

From where I sat in the press box, it was a bad call. Henderson had his forward progress stopped when he was wrapped up by a few Baylor players, and you could see the side judge starting to run in from the sideline as if to blow the play dead. The players held up Henderson long enough that in many cases, the play would have been blown dead. But before any whistle was blown, they started to drive him back, and the ball came out. It's a judgement call, to be sure, but I've certainly seen quicker whistles stopping plays. It was a shame, because other than that fumble, Henderson had a pretty good day. And didn't Baylor turn that fumble into a score? (Or was that one of the drives when the SMU defense held?) If so .... take that touchdown off the board and look at the scoreboard. Other circumstances would have changed, too, so there's no assurance that the Ponies would have won. But there's no certainty that they would have lost, either.

Yes, they are okay with a spicy bloody mary, but not nearly as good as heuvos rancheros.

Hey Bloggeroo,
Why no Dooby's TCU joke of the day? I have to admit, the first two Baylor jokes were absolute classics... however, the last three left something to be desired.
Maybe that question should have been directed to the Doobster...

TCU just isn't funny.
That and I know going into this game they are going to absolutely beat the pulp out of us.
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I was thinking along the same lines: this week SMU football IS the joke.
