If Bennett is dismissed, is it not vital that Copeland is not the person hiring the next guy?

Copeland shouldn't even be involved in any decision regarding Bennett. Whether to keep him, ask him to replace his assistants or to resign. Copeland is simply coasting on the job and has no enthusiasm nor passion for the school. He has had his chance(s) and has failed.

Agreed. Hey, Ms. Bates is back!
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

You know a part of me has always wondered if Copeland didn’t support the PB extension in part to ensure his own job security. Thinking being that if PB fails (ok, bad use of words) if PB is fired, Copeland goes with him.
Personally never thought he would be allowed to make the next choice…at least that is my hope.

I wouldn't let Copeland make the little mayonnaise packet choice (Hellman's? Hunts? Miracle Whip?) for the concessions at Ford Stadium, much less decide on another new football coach.

considering his girth I think he has the experience and could make a pretty wise mayo decision.
The donkey's name is Kiki.
On a side note, anybody need a patent attorney?

Amen to that. He's never met a chimichanga he didn't like. Nor have I.

Hey, boys & girls! Start FLOODING Dr. Turner's office with emails, faxes, hard copy letters, telegrams, smoke signals, water balloons, etc. to get his attention to let him know that "WE'RE MADE AS HELL AND WE'RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE FROM JIM COPELAND!" (with apologies to Peter Finch in "Network")

I am not a big fan of making fun of Copeland or personal attacks-i.e. Copeland or Copeland. And I don't think it is right to make fun of his girth. The guy was a lineman for the Cleveland Browns for 10 years. What's he gonna do? He's a lineman. As Jules said in Plup Fiction: I wouldn't go so far as to call the brother fat, I mean he got a weight problem. What's the ni&&er gonna do? He's Samoan.

I'll be sending Turner an e-mail tomorrow. Since I graduated just two years ago and do not currently show up on the rolls as a big donor I doubt I'll carry much weight.
