Early results from stregnth/conditioning room

just talked with Coach Viloria....

Everyone working very hard....if not, see 'ya.

Personal bests are happening daily including Cedrick Dorsey benching 352 lbs. (two reps) Last season personal best was 330lbs for one rep

Demyron Martin also set personal best with two reps yesterday

Needless to say, we are going to be much stronger this year as they are only two - three weeks into the new program.

damn thats good news! this team needs to learn strength and endurance in order to play a full 60 minutes of football so they can compete. looks like speed is not the answer, so they may as well bulk up. football season is just too far away.

Now, we have to start worrying about them injuring themselves setting

He only know his own limits in a weight room :!:

Knowing when, and when not to go for it for some one
else is a completely different matter :!:

He spent the last two years as a strength and conditioning coach at LSU, didn't he. I assume he did more than work out on his own there. After all, he did graduate from SMU, so he has to be a quick study.
