Is Craighead County dry? If not, is there drinking allowed on campus for tailgaiting? Are there any bars/ restaurants/clubs in the vicinity of the stadium that sell beer/wine etc?

Yes Craighhead County is a dry county. If you want to buy your beer, you have to buy it from a neighboring county. Usually you can find a place right around the county line
As for the rest of the question. Alcohol is tolerated at the tailgates. But no open containers or anything. Keep it in plastic cups and dont parade it around in front of cops and you should be good
In Jonesboro you have to have a permit to sell alcohol. and in order to gain that permit you have to become a "club" well the membership rules are really darn easy. So certain resteraunts in town will sell alcohol and wine etc. Outback is one of them. And OCharley's would be another example. Now you do have to pay 5 dollars for a "lifetime membership" in order to buy alcohol. But thats about it. We also have some private clubs where you can drink. Club Red is the best example that comes to mind
Also it hasnt been mentioned but Arkansas law bans smoking in any indoor establishment that isnt a private club. Dont know if anyone here smokes or not, but if you do, be especially aware of that law

Yes, the vaunted banker. The only professional in town who gets money thrown at him by his customers.

I was confused, sorry. May the subprime market treat your institution with joyous blessings.
