Tomorrow's headline??? That has been the headilne since we hired him. Can anyone name one game that we have won in his tenure that was because of a game-time decision he made? When we go into halftime, I feel like I did when Switzer was coaching the Cowboys - you know the other side is making adjustments, while we are making NONE...

After just returning from the game, that was my theme all the way home....glad someone else posted it so I can just pile on instead of starting a new topic....

Teams were roughly even....good running game, crappy defense, our passing game had a bit of an edge.....BUT

Price showed what a good coach can do during a game, he ran some fakes, made some adjustments on both offense and defense during the game, took some chances, and his team was in position to come up big when it mattered.

Bennett is no head coach, apparently he is not much of a defensive coordinator or recruiter either considering this is the state of our defense after he has had 6 years here to build a system and recruit....

I say fire him now and let an assistant finish out the year...this puts all canidates on notice that we need a coach and can maybe get the jump....

Seriously? If this team suddenly reeled off six or seven wins and went to a bowl game, you'd still be worried about the fact that he was outcoached today? I'm not saying the team will or won't rip off a long run .... just find your statement curious. :o

I don't think we'll lose again this season.

This loss should wake the team up. Phil really shines when the team is up against it.

Keep December 22-31 open because we will be in a bowl.

Well, we better not! If we went to a bowl, he probably still wouldn't have had a winning season! We waisted alot of marketing dollars. We raised everyone's expectations, including Phil himself, only to have what may be our second worst season under Bennett. Unfortunately we also waisted this year. He should been terminatel last year. At this point I am still wondering who are we going to beat to get a second win?

No need to clear the deck. I think the Good Ship Mustang capsized.

Really where exactly did he get outcoached except for the moronic penalty after the correctly called end of the first half. Boys SMU got out-athleted. The difference in the game was Sam and Thomas-who could not get into SMU because we don't get BCS transfers. bennett was dealt a shorter hand than Price and Price beat him WITH that extra long stick.
