I had a pleasant season ticket buying experienceI called SMU ticket office on Friday afternoon after 5PM and received a recording. I left my name and number in the general mail box.
Based on prior experience, I was expecting to not hear from them. To my shock, I was call on Saturday morning by Randall Holmes. I was greeted by a pleasant young man, who was informative, professional, and enthusiastic about SMU. Needless to say I purchased 4 season tickets in premium locations. I hung up the phone and thought that SMU is bringing a new attitude to all facets of the organization. If you want good service, call this guy: Randell R. Wow Pony81 that is great news, thanks for sharing.

I also dealt with Randell. I can also highly recommend him. He provided excellent service.

My Mom (class of 56) had never gotten a season ticket mailer until this year. She really liked it, of course she couldn't go to all the games because of her health, but she liked the effort to be included. It seems like SMU is really putting a strong push on to sell the place out. Sounds like you guys are doing it right.
