I hate Rice because they asked me to go there for a Ph.D. and then sent me a rejection letter (??). Made me waste time on getting recommendations sent, rushed me to take the GRE early, and had me make plans to move to their nasty-ass city and then changed their minds.

I don't hate Rice on every other night but the night before game day and the ensuing 24 hours. SO I guess that's now. I hate Rice because we haven't beat them at their place since the 'rebirth' (trying to avoid using the standard name for the two year hiatus we had from football). Really, though that's kind of more pathetic then hate-able, but what the heck?
