PonyFans.com interview with receivers coach Jeff Reinebold

Postby Webmaster » Fri Aug 13, 2010 2:30 pm

Admittedly, I haven't had as much face time with the June Jones era coaches as I maybe had with some of the previous coaching staffs. After practice today, I was privileged to shoot an interview between PonyPride and SMU Mustangs Receivers Coach Jeff Reinebold.

Wow! Was I ever impressed!! Take a look, and I think you'll understand why Coach is such an effective teacher and recruiter. He's the real deal. Enjoy!

Wonderful interview with some good info. After reading so many of his tweets, I was wondering how he sounds in person. Its no wonder kids want to play for him and respond so well to his coaching.

Unbelievable interview.
Thank you, webdudes. You're the best.
I find it hard to believe Coach R doesn't get every single player he recruits. He's awesome!
That interview should be shown to every receiver SMU recruits.

Great interview PP, even though someone on this board likes to criticize him. Pony Up!

1. Thank you for asking questions that have real meaning, and prompt such informative answers.
2. What an ambassador for the program! We're so lucky to have coaches like Coach Reinebold.

Man he is so damn sharp and we are lucky to have a quality coach and person like Jeff......if you listen to all of these coaches we have an unbelievable quality staff that matches up with any coaching staff in the nation......I mean really, top to bottom and they are a loyal, tight knit group.
I wonder if Jeff could be the Head coach in waiting after JJ retires?.....

This series of interviews is so much better than anything this team has ever had. Looking forward to the next one.

From the day they arrived, I felt there was a strong possibility of this happening. Just a feeling.
