BYU going independent. Only problem, the WAC just passed a $5 million dollar buyout for any team that leaves the WAC in the next 5 years. Didn't want to get burned again after what BSU did to them.
When will I start feeling stimulated??

And like the Prodigal Son, CUSA would have a party to welcome TCU back.

Its ludicrous that we waste a precious OOC game on TCU. They bring value to the conference and free up another slot for a quality OOC game for both programs.

Only way they come back to CUSA is if the MWC totally dissolves.

Not sure that's accurate, but at any rate, a little humility wouldn't hurt them any.

I'm not saying its likely, but if TCU did seek to come back to C-USA, is there a spot for them? That would mean having to go to a 14 team format. Do the current C-USA members want to go past 12? Who would be the 14th team?

The question is would you pay a buyout unless BYU, TCU and AFA signed in blood? And they'll never sign in blood. Would we want to join the MWC unless the package included BYU, TCU and AFA long term? The answer in my view is "no". I'd rather see us stay in CUSA and pick up TCU and AFA after BYU bolts.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna
