my @ss...

That team is comparable to Texas Tech and will finish in the 15-25 range at best.

I never understand why teams say this after facing a good opponent. Saying they're not that good discredits your team's play. Especially losing by 17 at home, when the game was decided by the end of the 3rd quarter.

You played well for the first 2 1/2 quarters against a BCS-bound team. Focus on that, not on trying to discredit TCU, because you only make your own team look bad.

The toads have a very nice team and showed some class tonight, in most cases.

But they are 9-3 in the Mack 10 or Big 10.

At best.

Might be 17 points better then SMU but you're not the 4th best team in the country. You belong in the same sentence as the likes of Texas Tech, not Alabama.

TCU is not going to be undefeated when the dust settles so you aren't BCSBOUND!

As for being the #4 Team in College FB I'm roflmao!

They took a good shot from SMU and responded on the road-that's what good teams do. Style points are overrated. They completely shut down the run and shoot. I'd bet Padron had no idea what to do on 15 plays tonite.

Hey jerk-wad! Why don't you give some credit to SMU? Could it be possible that SMU played at a high level today?

You could write almost the same thing about Tech, just delete "on the road."

Besides I would expect that from a team with 18 senior starters.

Padron has not even played a full year as a starter at any level, he has a lot of lessons to learn still. 2 years from now the tables will be turned.

This is just a sour grapes comment. Not sure what you are looking for. Top 10 Texas, OU, Florida have each struggled badly at points this year. TCU was clearly superior in every way tonight. We hung with them for 2.5 quarters, at which point the law of averages and the law of the superior 2-deep inevitably took over.

I am not going to use margin of victory over the little engine that could, SMU, as TCU's measuring stick for a #4 ranking. They want to play the best. I would love to see them beat the best. I would absolutely love to see TCU beat an AQ top 5 player. Give me TCU-Texas. Give me TCU-Bama. Then let's see if they deserve it.

Besides, I happen to think we have a pretty decent team.

TCU is a very good football team. They deserve their #4 ranking
