Expected crowd

Listening to the conference call right now with SMU/Army coaches and officials.

The game was sold out a few weeks ago (with allotments of tickets held for each participating school), and one of the bowl officials said they are going to begin selling standing-room-only tickets Monday morning, and guessed that they might end up selling 36,000-37,000 tickets for the game.

Largest crowd in Ford history?

FYI, for those of us who live out of state and are close to an airport that Southwest Airlines services...they are having a $59 sale through Dec. 13th.

one way tickets only, but obviously hen bought separately...that's about $120 round trip before taxes, from anywhere in the continental US.

PP, How many tickets were allocated to each school?

With the number of Army bases in Texas I would think with Army playing they could move this to the Cotton Bowl capacity 92,000 and maybe fill it up
